Do all categories have a kitchen?

All have a fridge, a microwave and kitchenware. The Apartment with Kitchenette adds an equipped electric kitchen, and the Suite Superior with Kitchen has a full kitchen with an induction hob, a large fridge and quality kitchenware.

Which categories have a terrace and which a balcony?
